- Code Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals and incorporate feedback into design plans.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate architectural projects, including managing schedules, resources, and timelines.
- Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles into architectural projects, such as energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials.
- 3D Modeling and Visualization: Use software tools to create 3D models and visualizations of design concepts for presentations and client approval.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure construction meets design standards and plans.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Problem Solving: Address design challenges and modifications while keeping projects on track.
